What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced business development manager to join our team.

As Zenner’s business development manager, you will be in charge of one of the company’s most significant channels of growth. You’ll be in charge of devising business development strategies, identifying and partnering with suppliers and distributors in the travel, finance and insurance industries.

What will you need

  • Develop and implement our business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices
  • Develop  short/medium/long-term business opportunities pipeline in accordance with targets and defined strategies
  • Lead discussions with prospective partners discovery to final agreement
  • Build the process and infrastructure to allow for new channels, including resellers and  partners
  • Generate new leads, evaluate business opportunities, negotiate and secure distribution and growth partners
  • Represent the company in various professional forums, conferences and events in the travel and insurance space


  • 4+ years experience in leading business development activities within the travel, or Insurance industries
  • Successful proven track record in B2B2C sales and negotiations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a network of relationships.
  • Ability to excel with minimal guidance and be proactive.
  • A passion for early stage products related to travel or the insurance industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally
  • Managerial experience - an advantage
